Project Description
Reed & Reed was selected to rebuild the Webber Oil terminal in Bucksport which included demolishing three concrete dolphins, building two new pile supported concrete breasting dolphins, reconstrucing the manifold platform, reinforcing two existing mooring dolphins, replacing 400 ft of catwalks and other related work. The new dolophins are supported on concrete filled pipe piles, many with internal rock anchors while the reinforcement of existing dolphins includes installing rock anchors and concrete-filled pile jackets.
