Project Description
Reed & Reed performed the turbine erection and tower electric work at the Groton Wind Farm Project for Iberdrola.
The project consists of 24 Gamesa G-87 Turbines on three ridgelines requiring three breakdowns of the main erection crane to complete the work. Reed & Reed met the original top out schedule encountering 13 wind/weather days one additional crane move and a week delayed start.
