Project Description
This project involved construction of a state-of-the-art industrial sandblasting and painting building.
Reed & Reed constructed a 15,000 sf structural steel frame building supported on an H-pile foundation. This building was outfitted with a complex HVAC system and sandblasting and paint equipment.
When original bids came in well over budget, Reed & Reed worked with BIW to value engineer substantial cost savings which allowed BIW to proceed with this vital project.
