Reed & Reed recently completed the erection of 3 GE 1.5 mw wind turbines on 80 meter towers at the Beaver Ridge wind project in Freedom, Maine. The erection was completed on a restricted site in the middle of farming fields. This project is the 4th successfully completed wind project for Reed & Reed. It was completed on time, on budget, and with no recordable or lost time injuries. The erection was performed with our new Manitowoc 16000, which is specifically designed for wind turbine erection. We also had 2 other support cranes on site.

We are presently completing IIP's on the project so that turbine commissioning may be performed. We are working closely with GE to get this done as quickly as possible and allow the turbines to be put into operation.
